When is the deadline for the registration?
Engadin Skimarathon / Half Marathon: Entries are possible until the day before the race, Saturday, 8 March 2014, 5:00 pm. From Thursday, 6 March 2014 entries are only possible at the starting number office in St. Moritz-Bad, Health spa centre (cash only). Online registrations are possible until Friday, 7 March 2014 (midnight). As soon as the starting fee is on our account, you are registered for the race.

How much is the entry fee?
Engadin Skimarathon / Half Marathon: The amount of the starting fee depends on the time of payment/registration:
Payments received into the specified Engadin Skimarathon accounts after the cut-off days (31 December 2013 / 31 January 2014 / 28 February 2014) will incur a penalty fee, payable when the starting bib is collected (cash only).
Frauenlauf: The amount of the starting fee depends on the time of payment/registration:
Payments received into the specified Engadin Skimarathon accounts after the cut-off days (15 February 2014) will incur a penalty fee, payable when the starting bib is collected (cash only).
The € price may be adjusted on short notice according to the development of the exchange rate.
How can I pay the entry fee?
Online registration: Participants can register very easily and quickly online at www.engadin-skimarathon.ch. Online payments can be transferred by creditcard, money transfer, LSV or debit. It is possible to effect an annulation insurance. All entries will be confirmed by e.mail (Datasport). An entry is valid only when full payment has been received.
Orange payment slip: Former participant, who receive the entry form by mail, should use the personalised payment slip (orange) to ensure that payment is processed quickly and correctly (do not use this payment slip to register other participants). Credits from the previous year can be subtracted from the starting fee.

Is there any possibility to get a bib for another starting block?
You can request a better starting block by filling in an application form:
CHF 40.-- / € 33.-- (Engadin Skimarathon / Half Marathon) or
CHF 20.- / € 17.-- (Frauenlauf).
How can I reach the Engadin valley?
The train is the best means of transport. Transportation with Rhaetian Railway from all Rhaetian Railway train stations in canton grisons to St. Moritz/Pontresina (return ticket, second class) included. The trip from Landquart - Chur is included on Rhaetian Railway trains only. The offer is valid from 22 February to 16 March 2014. The journey to the Engadin must take place by 9 March 2014 (Frauenlauf: 2 March 2014) at the latest . The travel voucher is only valid on presentation of a starting number bib or a voucher for a starting number.
Where can I sleep?
We recommend our partner hotels. From October the Engadin Skimarathon secretariat can arrange inexpensive dormitories in civil defence centres and school buildings (tel. +41 (0) 81 850 55 55). Payment for this accommodation must be made by mid-February 2014 at the latest. A refund is not possible.
Details regarding partner hotels and information about dormitories will be published in October.
Requests for accommodations
Inquiries and reservations for short stays (1-4 nights) may, however be received only on short term.
When and where can I get my bib?
Can another person collect my bib?
Yes, this person needs to bring along your voucher for the starting bib or collect the voucher at the race office at the starting bib distribution.
How can I get to the start area?
Marathon / Half Marathon: We ask competitors and spectators to use the public transport available. Car parks will only be available in exceptional cases. There are shuttle busses from St. Moritz and Sils to the start area.

Until what time do I have to hand the bag with my personal items in?
Please hand in your bag at the latest by 9.05 am (Engadin Skimarathon / half marathon) / 9.45 am (Frauenlauf) to the truck corresponding to your starting number. Only official bags deposited in the trucks will be transported.
What time is the start?
Are there any food stations during along the course?
There are any food stations in Silvplana, Pontresina, Bever, La Punt Chamues-ch, Zuoz and in the finish area
Can I quit the race in Pontresina, if I don’t want to continue?
Competitors who have registered for 42 km are allowed to finish the race after 21 km in Pontresina. They will be officially ranked in the half marathon. Participants who have registered for 21 km must finish the race in Pontresina. Otherwise they will be ranked neither for 21 km nor for 42 km.
Are there any time limits?
Closing time Engadin Skimarathon: 4pm
Is there any refund of the entry fee, if a person is prevented for any reason?
Participants registering online have the possibility to contract insurance for the starting fee.

If you fall ill or have an accident after 1 February 2014, refund can only be credited by sending in a mediacal certificate before 31 March 2014.
